Reflect, Release, Reclaim and Rejuvenate

Come work with the HERD to build the skills and experience the power that comes with paying attention to the present while navigating the challenges that come with transition.

Transition can be hard. Really hard. Whether it’s navigating this pandemic and the changes that have come with it, marriage, divorce, birth, death, a new job or a retirement, full house or empty nest...transition is a way of life. Sometimes it can knock us off our centre.

Horses help us to live in the moment, be present to what’s happening right now, and show us how to let go.

Please join us for this monthly series of time together to reflect, release, reclaim and rejuvenate.

SUNDAYS: the last one of each month for the

next 4 months
Beginning February 26th, 2023
What would it be like to...

EXPERIENCE the uniqueness of equine facilitated self-
discovery
DEVELOP a community of strong supportive women
REACQUAINT with what you already know, but have trouble accessing at times of change
EXPLORE new skills for self management

We’ll explore how to:

• listen differently
• understand the impact of our energy on others
• live more mindfully
• set clear boundaries
• work with all of our emotions

NOTE: We follow Public Health Guidelines and recommendations for preventing the spread of COVID

This workshop came about because so many wonderful women are asking for the space and the place to connect to talk about what matters as they navigate change.

It’s right for you if you are open to something different and want to be a part of creating a confidential, safe, non-judgmental and empowering community  of women experiencing change.
